How do I update the OS on my A405DL?
To check for OS updates, follow these steps:
- From the main screen, press the OK key.
- Using the navigation keys, locate the "Settings" icon. Then, press the OK key.
- Press the RIGHT navigation key until the "Device" tab is highlighted.
- "Device Information" will be highlighted. Press the OK key.
- Press the DOWN navigation key until "Software Update" is highlighted. Then, press the OK key.
- "Check for Updates" will be highlighted. Press the OK key.
- If an update is available, press the OK key to install it. Otherwise, "Your software is up to date" will be displayed. Press the OK key to exit the notification.
