How do I update the OS on my A502DL?
If you receive an Over the Air update notification, slide the Notification Bar down and select the notification. Follow the directions to update your phone.
To manually check for updates, follow these steps:
- From the main screen, tap the "Apps" icon.
- Slide the screen up to see more options. Tap the "Settings" icon.
- Slide the screen up to see more options. Tap "System."
- Tap "Software Update."
- Tap the "Refresh" icon to verify that you have the most current software, or to install recent updates.
