How do I perform a Hard Reset on my device?

If your screen is unresponsive, you can perform a hard reset on your device. Please note that this will erase all the data stored on your phone.

To perform the hard reset, follow these steps:

  1. Turn your device off.
  2. Press and hold both the PWR/LOCK and Volume UP keys. When "Android Recovery" appears on the screen, release both keys.
  3. Press the Volume DOWN key until "Wipe data/factory reset" is highlighted. Then, press the PWR/LOCK key to select it.
  4. Press the Volume DOWN key until "Factory data reset" is highlighted. Then, press the PWR/LOCK key to select it.
  5. Once the contents are deleted, "Reboot system now" will be highlighted. Press the PWR/LOCK key to select this option. Your phone will reboot to the setup screen.
