How do I perform a Hard Reset on my device?

If your screen is unresponsive, you can perform a hard reset on your device. This will restore the factory settings on your phone.

Note: Please keep in mind that this will erase all the data stored on your phone.

To perform the hard reset, follow these steps:

1. With your phone powered OFF, press and hold the PWR/END and Volume UP keys. When the logo is displayed on the screen, release both keys.
2. Press the DOWN navigation key as needed until "Wipe data/factory reset" is highlighted. Then, press the PWR/END key.
3. Press the DOWN navigation key as needed until "Factory data reset" is highlighted. Then, press the PWR/END key. The contents of your phone will be deleted.
4. "Reboot system now" will be highlighted. Press the PWR/END key to restart your phone.
