How do I set up Face Recognition?

To set up "Face unlock," follow these steps:

1. From the main screen, slide the screen up to display your apps.
2. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
3. Locate and tap the "Security & privacy."
4. Tap "Device unlock." Then, tap "Face & fingerprint unlock.”
   
5. Tap the desired backup screen lock method and follow the prompts on your screen to set it up.
   • Note: If you have already created a secure screen lock, skip step 6 and enter your screen lock option.
6. Tap "START" or “CONTINUE.”
   • Note: If prompted to allow access to your phone, tap the desired option.
7. Position your face within the circle on your screen and wait for the camera to capture your image.
8. When your face data has been added, tap "DONE" or “OK” to complete the process.
