How do I perform a Hard Reset on my device?

If your screen is unresponsive, you can perform a hard reset on your device. Please note that this will erase all the data stored on your phone.

To perform the hard reset, follow these steps:

1. Turn your device off.
2. Press and hold both the PWR/LOCK and Volume UP keys. When "Android Recovery" appears at the top of the screen, release both keys.
3. Use the Volume DOWN key to go to "Wipe data/factory reset." Press and release the PWR/LOCK key to select this option.
4. Use the Volume DOWN key to go to "Factory data reset." Press and release the PWR/LOCK key to select this option.
5. Once the content is deleted, "Reboot system now" will be highlighted. Press the PWR/LOCK key to reboot your device to the setup screen.
