How do I back up my iPhone?
Creating a backup of your iPhone will save a copy of your account information and data in the event that your device is broken, lost, or you need to reset it to the default factory settings.
You can use iCloud to back up your iPhone. First, make sure you are connected to a Wi-Fi network and signed in to your iCloud account.
- Tap the "Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store" field. Then, tap "iCloud."
- Tap "iCloud Backup."
- If necessary, tap the slider to enable iCloud Backup and tap "Back Up Now."
