Can I set up my phone to automatically answer my calls?

If you have difficulty answering your calls via the iPhone touchscreen, you can enable your device to automatically answer them for you.

To set up this feature, follow these steps:

  1. From the main screen, tap the "Settings" icon.
  2. Locate and tap "Accessibility." Then, tap "Touch."
  3. Locate and tap "Call Audio Routing." Then, tap "Auto-Answer Calls."
  4. Tap the slider to the ON position. Then, tap the "-" and "+" icons as needed to set the desired wait time.
    • Note: When "Auto-Answer Calls" is enabled and the wait time is set, your iPhone will automatically answer your calls once the wait time has elapsed.

You can also set up your iPhone to allow and answer calls from selected Contacts, even when "Do Not Disturb" mode is enabled.

To allow incoming calls from your Favorite contacts, follow these steps:

  1. From the main screen, tap the "Settings" icon.
  2. Tap "Do Not Disturb."
  3. Locate "PHONE" and select "Allow Calls From." Then, tap "Favorites."
    • Note: To add an existing Contact to your "Favorites," locate and select the desired contact. Then, locate and tap "Add to Favorites."
