How do I set up my Emergency Contacts and Medical ID?

To set up emergency contacts and your medical ID from the main screen,

1. Tap the "Health" icon.
2. Tap "Medical ID."
3. Tap "Create Medical ID."
4. If necessary, tap the slider to enable "Show When Locked." You will know this option is enabled when the slider turns green.
5. Tap the desired fields and enter your information.
   Note: To add an emergency contact to your "Medical ID," your contact's name and phone number need to be stored in your "Contacts" list.
6. When finished, tap "Save." Your Emergency Contacts and Medical ID can now be accessed, even when your device is locked.

To access Emergency Contacts and Medical ID from a locked device,

1. Press the HOME button to display the lock screen.
2. Swipe the screen to display "Touch ID or Enter Passcode."
3. Tap "Emergency." Your Emergency Contacts and Medical ID will be displayed.
