How do I set up and use Emergency SOS mode?

To set up Emergency SOS, follow these steps:

1. Tap the "Settings" icon.
2. Slide the screen up and tap "Emergency SOS."
3. Tap the "Auto Call" slider to enable.
4. Slide the screen up to see more options. Then, tap the "Countdown Sound" slider to toggle the 3-second warning tone on/off.
5. If you would like to program emergency contacts to be notified when you call emergency services, tap "Set up Emergency Contacts in Health" and follow the prompts on the screen.

To use Emergency SOS, quickly press and hold the PWR/LOCK and VOLUME DOWN keys until you see "Emergency SOS." Then, slide the "SOS" icon to the right. If you need to cancel the call to emergency services, tap the large "X" icon on the screen. Then, tap "Stop Calling" before the call is completed.
