How do I perform a Hard Reset on my device?

If your screen is still unresponsive, you can perform a hard reset on your device. Please note that this will erase all the data stored on your phone.

To perform the hard reset, follow these steps:

  1. Turn your device off.
  2. Press and hold both the PWR/LOCK and Volume UP keys. When "Select Boot Mode" appears on the screen, release both keys.
  3. If necessary, press the Volume UP key until the arrow indicator points to "Recovery Mode." Then press and release the Volume DOWN key.
  4. When "No command" is displayed on your screen, press and hold the PWR/LOCK key. Press and release the Volume UP key, then release the PWR/LOCK key. The Android Recovery screen will be displayed.
  5. Press the Volume DOWN key until "Wipe data/factory reset" is highlighted. Then, press the PWR/LOCK key to select it.
  6. Press the Volume DOWN key until "Factory data reset" is highlighted. Then, press the PWR/LOCK key to select it.
  7. Once the contents are deleted, "Reboot system now" will be highlighted. Press the PWR/LOCK key to reboot your device to the setup screen.
