Does my device adjust for Daylight Saving Time (DST)?

In most cases, "Automatic time zone" and "Use network-provided time" will be enabled, and you will not need to take further action. To verify or change this setting from the main screen, follow these steps:

  1. Slide the screen up to display your apps.
  2. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
  3. Locate and tap "System."
  4. Tap "Date & time."
  5. If your clock is displaying the wrong time, tap "Use network-provided time." Then, tap "Off."
  6. Tap "Set date" or "Set time." Then, adjust as needed and tap "OK."
  7. If necessary tap "Automatic time zone." Then, tap "Select time zone" and tap the desired option.
