Does my device adjust for Daylight Saving Time (DST)?

By default, the "Use network-provided time" and "Use network-provided time zone" features are enabled. Your phone will automatically adjust itself for Daylight Saving Time.

To verify or change these settings, follow these steps:

  1. From the main screen, slide the screen up to display your apps.
  2. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
  3. Locate and tap "System." Then, tap "Date & time."
  4. To manually change the date or time, tap "Use network-provided time," then tap "Off" from the pop-up menu. Tap the "Set date" or "Set time" field and make adjustments as needed. If necessary, tap "CANCEL" to exit the pop-up menu.
    • Note: Tap "OK" to save your changes.
  5. To manually change the time zone, tap the "Automatic time zone" slider to disable this feature. Then, tap "Select time zone" and choose the desired time zone.
