How do I find my network name (SSID)?
To find the network name for your Mobile Hotspot, follow these steps:
- With your hotspot powered ON, press the MENU key on the edge of your device repeatedly until "2.4G WIFI Info" or "5G WIFI Info" is displayed.
- Press the POWER key for more details. The network name will be displayed to the right of the "Wi-Fi" icon.
