How do I change my hotspot network name (SSID)?

To change your hotspot network name, follow these steps:

  1. Connect to the internet using your Mobile Hotspot and open a web browser. Enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar and press the "Enter" key.
    • Note: Please note that instructions vary depending on the type of device you're using.
  2. Enter your default username and password. Then, click "Log In."
    • Note: The default username and password are located on the sticker inside the battery compartment of your Mobile Hotspot.
  3. Once you are logged in, tap or click the "Settings" tab.
  4. If necessary, tap or click the "Wireless" tab. Then, tap "WLAN Settings."
  5. Tap or click the "Wi-Fi Name (SSID)" field for Wi-Fi 2.4G or Wi-Fi 5G. Delete the current information and enter the desired SSID.
  6. Tap or click "Apply" to save your changes.
