Can I configure advanced options such as a Firewall or an IP Filter?

Yes! Please note that these steps should only be followed by advanced users. Altering these settings can disrupt internet service or cause your hotspot to become unstable.

To configure a firewall or IP filter, follow these steps:

1. Connect to the internet using your Mobile Hotspot and open a web browser. Enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar and press the "Enter" key.
   • Note: Please note that instructions vary depending on the type of device you're using.
2. Enter your default username and password. Then, click "Log In."
   • Note: The default username and password are located on the sticker inside the battery compartment of your Mobile Hotspot.
3. Once you are logged in, tap or click the "Settings" tab.
4. Tap or click the "Features" tab on the left side of your screen. Then, tap or click "Firewall."
5. Tap or click the dropdown menu icon for the "Firewall" and/or "IP Filter" fields. Then, tap or click "Enable" or "Disable" as needed.
6. Tap or click "Apply" to save your changes.
7. You will be prompted to confirm. Tap or click "OK" to continue.
8. To configure your IP filters, click the "IP Filter" tab on the left. If necessary, tap or click the dropdown menu icon in the "Status" field and select the desired option. Tap or click "Add," then enter your information in the fields as needed.
9. Tap or click "Apply" to save your changes. If prompted to confirm, tap or click "OK" to continue.
