How do I reset my hotspot?

If your hotspot is unable to connect to the internet, you will need to perform a hard reset. Please note that this will restore your device to the original factory settings.

To perform the hard reset, follow these steps:

  1. Remove the back cover by using the space provided on the corner of the hotspot and lifting the cover up. Locate the RESET button below the battery compartment.
  2. Using a paper clip or other pointed object, press and hold the RESET button for 5 seconds. Your Mobile Hotspot will be reset.
