How do I set up a fingerprint scan to unlock my phone?

To set up a fingerprint scan, follow these steps:

1. From the main screen, slide the screen up to display your apps.
2. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
3. Locate and tap "Security."
4. Tap "Fingerprint."
5. Tap the desired backup screen lock method and follow the prompts on your screen to set it up.
   • Note: If you have already created a secure screen lock, this step will be skipped.
6. Tap "Set up."
7. Tap the fingerprint scanner located on the PWR/LOCK key and follow the prompts on your screen to scan your fingerprint.
8. To add another fingerprint, tap "Add another." Otherwise, tap "Done."
9. If prompted to learn quick shortcuts for your phone, tap "Learn more" or "Not now."
10. Re-enter your screen lock pattern, PIN, or passcode to complete the set up process.
