How do I set up Face Recognition?
To set up "Face unlock," follow these steps:
- From the main screen, slide the screen up to display your apps.
- Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
- Locate and tap "Security."
- Tap "Face unlock."
- Tap the desired backup screen lock method and follow the prompts on your screen to set it up.
- Note: If you have already created a secure screen lock, this step will be skipped.
- Tap "SET UP."
- Note: If prompted to allow access to your phone, tap the desired option.
- Tap "NEXT." Then, position your face within the circle on your screen and wait for the camera to capture your image.
- The option to "Skip lock screen" will be enabled by default. If necessary, tap the sliders to toggle the Face unlock options on/off. Tap "NEXT."
- To complete the set up process, tap "Done."
