How do I access my voicemail?

To set up and access your voicemail, follow these steps:

1. From the main screen, press and hold the "1" key. Your phone will automatically call "Voicemail." Once the call is connected, follow the prompts.
2. To return to the main screen, press the PWR/END key as needed.

Note: You need to make at least one call before you attempt to set up your voicemail. If the setup is unsuccessful, please contact our Customer Care Center for assistance. For additional tips on setting up voicemail, text the word VOICEMAIL to 611611.
