Can I add memory/storage to my device?
You can increase the storage capacity of your phone by inserting a memory (microSD) card. To insert a memory card, follow these steps:
- Locate the SIM/microSD card slot on the top edge of the phone.</p><p>Note: You will need the SIM/microSD card ejection tool that came with your phone.
- Insert the ejection tool into the hole on the SIM/microSD card slot to eject the microSD tray. Then, slide the tray out and flip it over.
- Arrange the microSD card so that the gold contact on the card faces up and press it into the tray.
- Note: The tray has 2 sides. The side labeled "GGHA/TOP" is for the primary SIM card, while the other side is for a secondary SIM card or a memory (microSD) card.
- Flip the tray back over and slide it into the SIM/microSD card slot until it stops.
