How do I close an app that is running in the background?
To force an application to close, follow these steps:
- From the main screen, slide the screen up.
- Tap the "Settings" icon.
- Locate and tap "Apps."
- Locate and tap the app you would like to close.
- Tap the "Force stop" icon.
- You will be prompted to confirm. Tap "OK." The app will automatically start again when you restart your phone.
