How do I perform a Hard Key Reset on my device?

Please note that a hard key reset will erase all the data stored on your phone. To perform a hard key reset of your device, follow these steps:

1. Turn your device off.
2. Press and hold the PWR/LOCK and Volume UP keys. When the Samsung logo is displayed on the screen, release the keys.
3. Press the Volume DOWN key until Wipe data/factory reset is highlighted, then press the PWR/LOCK key to tap it.
4. Press the Volume DOWN key until "Factory data reset" is highlighted, then press the PWR/LOCK key to tap it.
5. Once the contents are deleted, press the PWR/LOCK key to reboot your device to the setup screen.
