What is the S Pen? What tasks can the S Pen help me with?

The S Pen is a stylus that comes with your Galaxy Note20 Ultra. It is located at the bottom edge of your device and can be released with a simple click. With the updated Bluetooth®-enabled S Pen, you can perform the following tasks:

• Create a note - Lets you create notes in a pop-up window without launching the Samsung Notes app.
• View all notes - Allows you to view all of your saved notes and access them for editing.
• Smart tap - Use the S Pen to tap an area for highlighting, note taking, and extracting text from articles.
• Screen write - Capture screenshots to write/draw on them, or crop an area of the image.
• Live messages - Instead of texting, create and send unique messages by recording your screen while you hand-write or draw a live message. Then, save it as an animated file.
• AR Doodle - Record fun videos with virtual handwriting or drawings on faces or anywhere else.
• Translate - Hover the S Pen over a word to translate it.
• PENUP - A drawing application that lets you view others’ artwork, post your own, and learn new techniques.
• Bixby Vision - Use Bixby Vision to search for similar images, detect and translate text, and more.
• Magnify - Hover the S Pen over an area of the screen to enlarge it.
• Glance - Reduce an open app to a thumbnail-sized window, or restore it back to full size, by hovering over the app with your S Pen.
