A virtual private network (VPN) is a network that is constructed using public wires, usually the Internet, to connect remote users or regional offices to a company's private, internal network. You must set a secured screen lock before setting up a VPN.

Use the VPN settings menu to add, edit, or delete a VPN connection to your device:

1. From the main screen, tap the "Apps" icon.
2. Tap the "Settings" icon.
3. Tap "Connections."
4. Tap "More connection settings." Then, tap "VPN."
