FAQ's

I'm having trouble with Bluetooth®.

CANNOT PAIR WITH DEVICE?
Make sure your Bluetooth device is fully charged and powered on, and within 30 feet of your phone. Try moving the devices closer together, and toggling them off and then on again. If your Bluetooth device was previously paired to other nearby devices, try turning those devices off or setting them to "Delete" or "Forget" your Bluetooth device.

YOU CAN PAIR WITH DEVICE BUT CANNOT CONNECT?

Pair your device again. To pair your Bluetooth device with your phone, follow these steps:

  1. From the main screen, slide the screen up.
  2. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
  3. Tap "Connections."
  4. Tap "Bluetooth" and, if necessary, tap the slider to enable it.
  5. Your phone will display a list of available Bluetooth devices. If it does not, tap "SCAN."
  6. Tap the name of the desired Bluetooth device and wait for the devices to pair.
  7. When prompted to pair your device, tap "Pair." If a PIN is requested, refer to your device's user guide (a commonly used PIN is 0000). Enter the PIN and tap "OK" or "Pair."

If your issue is still unresolved, try turning off other wireless devices nearby that you are not currently using or move them farther away from the devices you are trying to pair. Then, try re-pairing your phone and Bluetooth device.
