How do I update the OS on my U504TL?

If you receive an Over the Air update notification, slide the Notification Bar down and select the notification. Follow the directions to update your phone.

To manually check for updates, follow these steps:

1. From the main screen, slide the screen up to see your apps.
2. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
3. Locate and tap "System."
4. Tap "About phone" or "About device."
5. Tap "Wireless update."
6. Tap "Detection of update" to verify that you have the most current software, or to install recent updates.
