Can I use my phone with my hearing aid?

If your device is running Android version 10.0 or later, your phone can be used automatically with a M3/T3 compatible hearing aid device. In addition, if you have a wireless hearing aid device, you can pair that device with your phone over Bluetooth for additional features. Those features include:

  • Changing the volume for your hearing aid(s)
  • Connecting audio from your phone to your hearing aid(s)
  • Switching between hearing aid presets to accommodate different situations

To pair your hearing aid with an Android device, follow these steps:

  1. From the main screen, slide the screen up to display your apps.
  2. Locate and tap the "Settings" icon.
  3. Tap "Connected devices." Then, tap "Pair new device."
  4. Tap the option that represents your hearing aid, and wait for the devices to pair.
    • Note: If you have multiple hearing aids you would like to pair, complete the first pairing. Then, tap your other hearing aid from the list of available devices and wait for them to pair.
  5. If necessary, tap the "Settings" icon to the right of your hearing aid(s) to view and adjust your options.
