Google Play Store is not working.

Google Play Store errors are often caused by corrupted cache files for the Google Account on the device. These corrupted cache files may even be reloaded to the device by Google after a Factory Reset. If you have reset your device to resolve a Google Play Store error, please do not restore from backup. Restoring from backup will reload the corrupted cache files and the error will persist.

The following troubleshooting steps should resolve any Google Play Store issues.

  1. First, see if there is a Google Play Store update available. If so, download and install the update. If not continue to step 2.
  2. Tap the "Settings" icon.
  3. Tap "Apps."
  4. Locate and tap "Google Play Store."
  5. Tap "Storage" or "Storage & cache."
  6. Tap "Clear Data." If necessary, tap "OK."
  7. Tap the back arrow to return to the previous page.
  8. Tap "STOP" or "FORCE STOP," then select "OK" to confirm.
  9. Repeat steps 1–8 for Google Play Services, Google Services Framework, and Google Account Manager.

If the issue is still not resolved then:

  1. Tap the "Settings" icon.
  2. Locate and tap "Users & accounts," "Passwords & accounts," "Manage accounts," or "Passwords and passkeys."
  3. Under "Accounts..." tap the Google account, then tap "Remove account."
  4. To confirm tap "Remove account."
  5. Tap "Delete."

If the previous steps do not resolve your issues, try wiping the cache partion, or a Factory Data Reset.
