BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING
OPTION 1: REBOOTING THE DEVICE
Have you attempted to reboot the device?
Try turning your device off, then back on again.
OPTION 2: TRY RESEATING SIM CARD
Please take the SIM card out (use Tray Eject Tool if needed) and restart the phone. Insert the SIM card again.

Did you check the copper contacts on the SIM card?
If there is damage to the contacts, you may need a replacement SIM card.
OPTION 4: CHECK DEVICE FOR DAMAGE
Does the SIM tray or SIM slot have any damage?
Inspect that there are no missing or broken pieces on the SIM tray.
Is there any physical or liquid damage?
If yes, then you will need to contact the manufacturer for service.

Have you attempted to wipe the cache partition?
Try wiping the cache partition.
